You will receive access to four separate items:

1. Supply List with Amazon links. Select the paint colors of your choice to match your home decor.

2. Tutorial Instructions. You will need to download or print the tutorial instructions. Please read them beforehand so that you are successful in getting your piece from start to finish. 

3. Reference Images to download or print. The drawing reference(s) can be used to transfer my image to your watercolor paper if you choose not to do the drawing portion of the tutorial. You'll also find watercolor reference(s) to spark creativity in personalizing your colors and style.

4. Video Tutorials. Every tutorial contains two videos: a drawing tutorial and a watercolor tutorial. Tutorials typically contain about an hour's worth of video content as we complete the project together from start to finish.

Immediately after purchase you'll be taken to a downloads window that houses the tutorial content. You will also receive an email with a link back to this same downloads window. You have 3 attempts to download tutorial content.

If you can't access the downloads anymore but still need access, please email your name and the tutorial name to [email protected] and we'll contact you within 48 business hours to help.

Absolutely! If you've tried out a newly purchased tutorial and you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked. 

Just email your name and the tutorial name to [email protected] and we'll contact you within 48 business hours to let you know the status of the refund. 

You can access your courses by going to the "My Courses" button in the menu at the top of the page. If this is your first time taking a course from me, you'll be prompted to log in. Use the password you created while buying the course. 

When logged in, you'll see your My Courses dashboard where all the courses you have purchased will be displayed at the top of the page. Click on any course to get to its lessons. 

It's easy! Click on this link and follow the prompts on the page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Absolutely! If you've tried out the Happy Artist community and haven't fallen in love with it, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
